Individuals - At home and around the community
Does the person with a disability live:
- At home, or in a residential situation that encourages independent living in the community, or
- In a residential facility (e.g. nursing home or hostel)?
All funding programs have eligibility criteria and need a Health Professional to work with you to find the best equipment available.
