Equipment for Living Grants
Equipment for Living Grants are non-recurrent grants through the Disability Services Commission to provide vital equipment for people with disabilities that are not available through the Community Aids and Equipment (CAEP) scheme or other support programs. The grants enable people with disabilities to participate more independently in their homes and communities. To date the ILC administered four EFL rounds, the most recent in 2010.
Enhancing Access (DAIPs) Grants 2007
The Western Australian Government released $750,000 for one-off grant funding to assist NGOs work towards improving the access and inclusion of people with disabilities. Applications were received from 38 NGOs for projects ranging from improving website accessibility to staff training and induction packages, including a disability awareness DVD.
